Custard Powder – Chocolate Flavour

Ingredients: Corn starch, cocoa powder, salt, nature-identical vanilla flavour and food colour E155. Preparation: In a dry bowl, whisk two tablespoons (30 g) of Fine Royal custard powder into 500 ml (two cups) of milk, then add three tablespoons (55 g) of sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until smooth and creamy. Serve hot or cold.
