Super Moist Mix

Ingredients & preparation

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, corn starch, reduced-fat cocoa powder, salt and artificial vanilla flavour. You will need: One box of mix, 250 g egg (five eggs), 165 g vegetable oil and 65 g butter. Preparation: Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer at medium speed for one minute. Pour into a 30 cm square pan and bake at 175–180°C for 20–22 minutes.
