Custard Powder

Ingredients & preparation

Ingredients: Sugar, corn starch, salt, flavourings and colours (E102, E110). Preparation: 1. Empty the sachet into a saucepan with 500 ml (two cups) of milk. 2. Place over heat and stir continuously until boiling. 3. Reduce the heat and continue stirring until the desired consistency is reached. 4. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
